Popular Dr Reveals Tonic To Boost Immune System

1. Cucumbers

Cucumbers have healing medicinal properties. They’re low in calories but high in water with several important vitamins and minerals.

They also contain antioxidants, including flavonoids and tannins, which prevent the accumulation of harmful free radicals, helping to keep your immune system strong because cucumbers are composed of about 96% water.

This increases hydration and helps you meet your daily fluid needs.

 

2. Garlic

When it comes to our immune system, we cannot forget garlic.

When garlic is crushed or chewed it turns into Allicin, the main ingredient in garlic. This is what helps the immune system fight germs. Eating garlic will also prevent the common cold or the flu.

So when you feel run down and your immune system’s weak, definitely start eating more garlic.

 

3. Ginger

Ginger has potent anti inflammatory compound including a variety of antioxidants which are substances that  protect the body from damage by unstable molecules called free radicals.

The oils in ginger are the magic.

4. Cayenne Peppers

This is how simple it is to make a shot of my immune booster to keep the body functioning strong and healthy.

You’ll need one half peeled cucumber, two peeled garlic cloves and one half inch of a thick piece of peeled ginger.

Then add one tablespoon of water, a touch of cayenne pepper and up to a tablespoon of honey, or any alternative sweetener, stevia, or monk fruit.

Now chop up the cucumber, garlic and ginger into small pieces, Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and let it run for a good 30 seconds to a minute to liquefy the ingredients, as much as possible.

6. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is Dr Mandell’s favorites on the list. It’s known to have anti-microbial activity against any nasty bugs. It may seem strange, but Apple cider vinegar has an alkaline effect on the body during digestion.

The acid breaks apart and the potassium and magnesium form alkaline ions called potassium or magnesium citrate and that’s what increases alkalinity.
